Thank you very much for offering up your help in being a Team Parent for your child's baseball team!  Below you will find a very helpful document that will help guide you through your season.  See you out at the ballpark!

We have a NEW way for you to score your game!  Please read the below flyer - it has some very helpful information in here and is very easy to use!

SPRING: 
You will receive a JERSEY, a HAT, and PANTS (for TB4 – Rookie)
You will receive a JERSEY, a HAT, and BELT (for A – AAA)
Majors team will take care of their own uniforms

FALL: 
You will receive a JERSEY and a HAT – ALL teams (including Majors).

NOTES:

• TB4 - 6YB may want to go with first names.  Rookie - Majors may want to go with last names.
• For kids with same first or last name:  It might be a good idea to add a first initial or last initial for duplicate names.
• We will be using the following numbers for our TB4 - AAA jerseys in the Spring and the TB4 - Majors jerseys in the Fall:  1, 3, 5, 7, 10, 11, 25, 29, 31, 35, 44, 47

PROCESS TO GET NAMES ON THE BACK:

1.  You will need to match player size to jersey size and get your player’s name and jersey number (based on the above numbers only).

Team Managers (ONLY Single A through Majors) - Please click on the below document to see how you can update your own scores on our website.  You need to have "access" to your team page in order to be able to do this.  We will give you this access -  you will need to login to your SportEngine account from our website. 

Opening Day is set for Saturday, March 16, and all the festivities will begin at 9:00am.  Please read the below instructions for your league....

Opening Day will also be the first games for our TB4/TB5/6YB/Rookie Leagues!

We are looking to have the same format as we had last Spring 2023 season as it was VERY well received! 

We had a photographer come around to all of the teams while games were going on and she took action shots, team photos, etc!  Picture Day will not be happening on a particular day, but will be taking place over a few weeks during the season. 

We will relay  the information on our plan as soon as we get everything confirmed!
