Lower Pavilion

Reserve the Pavilions

Instructions on how to RESERVE A PAVILION:

1.  Login to your account by clicking on LOGIN in the top right corner.

2.  Click the tab below for the pavilion you want to reserve - you will have a choice of the Upper Pavilion (located near the Majors field) or the Lower Pavilion (located near the AA/AAA field).  

3.  Click 'View All' and the calendar will show what has been reserved. 

4.  Click on the Edit toggle switch on the left side of the page to be able to add an event to the Pavilion Calendar - you can then click 'Add New Event' for the day and time you want to reserve.

5.  When inputing your new event - please enter League, Team Name and what the party is for (ie: TB4 Dodgers End of Season Party). 

6.  In the Description section of the reservation - please put in your name and contact phone number. 

* Please only reserve the pavilions for 1 hour for your team.
